This prgram is for people currenlty working in an IT service management or computer support role and wish to further their study and qualifications in this area. The program gives you the opportunity to complete the ITIL® Foundation Certificate v3, plus the Certificate III in Information Technology ICA30105.

You will apply for the Recognition of Prior Learning for the following nationally accredited competencies

You will graduate with

• ITIL® Foundation Certificate v3 awarded by EXIN
• Certificate III in Information Technology (Support) awarded by Victoria University.
